Softball

Do you have an activity or hobby that is a big part of your life? Well, softball is mine. I have been with many teams ever since I have been 7 years old. Although I did love all these teams, the last one I was apart of was my favorite. The JTS is more than just a team to me, they are sisters and best friends that I always turn to. This team was not only educational, but it was also fun. We had many heartbreaking, mind lifting, team building experiences that pulled us together more and more. When I first started it was a little bit awkward because I had no idea who these people were. As time went on I got some of my friends from school to join, which did make it more enjoyable. I got closer with the rest of the team and from then on, we had all been best friends. Although players were coming and going, I stayed loyal to the team. I stayed with these girls from my beginning to our end. Some people may say that softball is nothing more than a sport, but in my mind, it helps me realize true sportsmanship and friendship.
