In the documents and research I read it concluded to a man, age unknown, who strangled and killed a 20 year old women. The man said that he was ready to “accept whatever consequences that are ahead” in his life. He was then charged of first degree murder, accused of strangling Anessia Shaye Winterholer, whose body was then recovered from the basement of the Twin Falls home, August 21.

In Romeo and Juliet, Romeo’s friend, Mercutio got into a fight with Tybalt who at the moment Romeo’s cousin due to the secret marriage between him and Juliet. Romeo intervene in the fight and then Tybalt stabbed Mercutio killing him then scurrying away with the guilt. Moments after Mercutio’s death Romeo runs to find Tybalt to challenge him and they say, “Now, Tybalt, take the villain back again, That late thou gavest me; for Mercutio’s soul is but a little way above our heads, staying for thine to keep him company; Either thou, or I, or both, must go with him” Romeo is saying to Tybalt, take back your sin from god and pay for Mercutio’s death and his soul, his spirit is watching down on us and either both, me, or you are going to join him above us. He stays for us to keep us company hoping and praying for one to win and not both to lose. Then Romeo kills Tybalt having him join Mercutio above Romeo’s head. Both the families, Capulet and Montague, bring their fallen people to the Prince who then banishes Romeo instead of killing him for murder and if he was to return and be caught, he would pay with his life.
Romeo and Juliet compared to our world now is complicated and different. In the world today if you are accused of murder you go to trial. If you are charged with murder you are sent to jail for many many years. In Romeo and Juliet Romeo faced charges with banishment instead of their natural death penalty. The man who was charged with murder and accused of strangling a woman was sent away to jail for many years of his life, and not knowing his age, it could be until his dying day or until he is an old man unable to take care of himself when he would be released. Our world compared to Romeo’s world is very different and developed over time and culture.
